Provides ViruSherlock web-based user interface that includes user list and managerial privilege, ViruSherlock update configuration, and operation logging. System update can be done automatically through the Internet. Once upgraded, registration information can be quickly provided.

Policy filtering can filter emails based on sender, receiver, subject, and attachment. When an "illegal" email is found, it will be quarantined. A message will be sent to the administrator, sender, receiver or a customized emailing list.

Supports Blacklist anti-spam protection. Emails for ex-employees can be intelligently rejected to lessen junk mails from entering the company. The administrator can add or delete entries on the "Temporary Blacklist".

The number of email can be categorized based on day, week, month, year, or a user-defined date to analyze the number of emails from an email domain or IP address. A graphical representation of the number of received or sent emails, the size, and average amount can be sent to the administrator regularly.

Database information can be displayed, including number of emails, total attachments, quarantined emails, and number of licenses. Backup of email logs, quarantined emails, or infected emails can be scheduled at predefined times. Tape and FTP backups are supported.

System management includes hardware information, disk usage, process management, system account management, and backup of important system files.

System can send out notification of filtered emails, system usage, and regular email traffic report. Administrators can quickly get a grip on system status through email or HGiga's SMS2Way short messaging system.

Upon an infected email attachment or file that cannot be scanned, processing rules can be set to let pass through, quarantine, or delete. Other configuration, such as whether to do an online scan, whether to scan compressed files, blacklist the sender or email domain identified as the virus origin, refuse connection after a certain times, and administrator email notification, are available.

Quarantined emails are stored in the quarantine folder. The folder can be viewed and appropriate steps can be taken. Procedures such as deletion, forward, pass through, and pass through with forwarding can be done.
